Kent State College at Tuscarawas animation recreation design college students and school participated within the annual GameFest Akron held Nov. 8-12 on the Akron Artwork Museum.

The occasion featured an interactive on-line gallery of indie video video games constructed by Kent State AGD college students and school, a meet and greet with recreation designers and alternatives to check new video games.

A number of college students acquired constructive suggestions on their recreation designs, together with senior Megan Gyorki. Her art work was featured in an article by the museum workers and highlights Gyorki’s avatar creations that had been impressed by the museum and supply an animated and interactive tour of the GameFest Akron Digital Arcade.

Two alumni video games had been accepted into the indie pageant, together with Kovetous Kobolds by Adam Stropkey and Reed the Robotanist by Max Kunze and Sam Hundley, which was created as an AGD senior capstone mission.
