The Cartoons on the Bay 2021 kids’s tv & transmedia pageant (working December 3-8 reside in L’Aquila, Italy and digitally) has introduced the Pulcinella Award winners of its twenty fifth version. The pageant is promoted by Italian broadcaster Rai and arranged by Rai Com, with Roberto Genovesi as creative director.
